Terms and conditions
Welcome to the JASIA.CO.IL website (hereinafter: the "Site"), operated by JASIA Asian Restaurant (hereinafter: the "Restaurant" or the "Company"). Use of the Site is subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms carefully. Use of the Site constitutes consent by the User to all of the terms set forth below.
1. General
1.1 The website serves as a platform for ordering food for delivery, self-pickup orders, and for reserving tables at the Jassia restaurant.
1.2 The provisions of these regulations apply to any use of the website, to any ordering operation or surfer, and constitute a binding contract between the user and the restaurant.
1.3 The restaurant reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Placing an order on the site will only be possible for users aged 18 and over or adults authorized to do so by law.
2.2 In order to place an order, the user must enter accurate and correct details, including name, telephone, address and delivery, as well as payment details.
2.3 Orders on the site are subject to final approval by the restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to approve, reject or cancel an order based on the availability of dishes, the delivery area or any other reason.
2.4 Payment on the site is made through a secure payment system in accordance with the prevailing security standards (SSL, PCI DSS).
2.5 A tax invoice/receipt will be issued after payment is made and will be sent according to the customer's details.
3. Prices and Menu
3.1 The prices published on the site include VAT as required by law.
3.2 The restaurant may update prices, promotions and menus at any time, without prior notice.
3.3 In the event of an error in displaying a price or item, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.
4. Cancellation and Return of Order
4.1 Cancellation of an order will be permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and subject to the restaurant's policy.
4.2 In the event of cancellation after the order has been prepared or shipped, the restaurant will be entitled to charge the customer the full or partial amount of the order, as applicable.
4.3 Any request for cancellation or change to the order will be forwarded directly to the restaurant representative by telephone or by means published on the website.
5. Table Reservations
5.1 The site allows for table reservations to be made via an external system.
5.2 The table reservation is not made directly by the restaurant, but via an external reservation system, and the responsibility for collecting and storing the data applies to that system.
5.3 The restaurant reserves the right to change the date of the reservation or cancel it due to space constraints, special events or force majeure.
6. Liability and Limitation of Liability
6.1 The restaurant makes every effort to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up-to-date, but errors or inaccuracies may occur.
6.2 The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
6.3 The restaurant will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, including delays, technical failures, or unauthorized use of user information.
